ST. LOUIS, Missouri, Dec. 11 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Missouri issued the following news release on Dec. 10, 2024:
U.S. District Judge Matthew T. Schelp on Tuesday sentenced a man who sold the fake Percocet pills that killed a man in St. Louis County in 2022 to 23 years and eight months in prison.
"I'm going to send a message to other drug dealers," said Judge Schelp, who also ordered Deontae' Tre'Von Overall to pay $21,73 . . .
