BECKLEY, West Virginia, Dec. 11 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of West Virginia issued the following news release on Dec. 10, 2024:
Robert Lee Moran, 46, of Mount Hope, pleaded guilty today to distribution of fentanyl.
According to court documents and statements made in court, on January 29, 2024, Moran distributed approximately 1 gram of fentanyl to a confidential informant in Beckley.
