Okla. U.S. Attorney: Tulsan Found Guilty of Shooting With Intent to Do Bodily Harm in Indian Country

TULSA, Oklahoma, Dec. 7 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Oklahoma issued the following news release:
A federal jury convicted Bruce Mitchell Cass, 50, of Tulsa and citizen of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma, was convicted of Assault with a Dangerous Weapon with Intent to do Bodily Harm in Indian Country, Carrying, Using, Brandishing, and Discharging a Firearm During and in Relation to a Crime of Violence, and being a Felon in Possession of a Firearm.
