WASHINGTON, Dec. 6 -- Rep. Morgan Griffith, R-Virginia, issued the following news release:
The U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit denied TikTok's petition challenging a Congressional law that bans TikTok unless it's Chinese parent company, ByteDance, divests from TikTok. U.S. Congressman Morgan Griffith (R-VA) issued the following statement:
"I am glad to see that this law was upheld today as it is integral to protecting the United States of America by prev . . .
