Cmdr. Robert Foster relieved Cmdr. Matthew Iwanczuk as U.S. Aegis Ashore Missile Defense System Romania (USAAMDSRO) commanding officer during a change of command ceremony held onboard Naval Support Facility (NSF) Deveselu, Romania, Dec. 4.
