WASHINGTON, Dec. 6 -- Rep. Robert C. Scott, D-Virginia, issued the following news release:
This week, Congressman Bobby Scott (VA-03), a member of the Congressional HIV/AIDS Caucus,received the Capitol Hill Champion Award from the National Minority AIDS Council (NMAC) for his advocacy on HIV/AIDS. This award is timely as World AIDS Day is observed on December 1st.
