WASHINGTON, Dec. 5 -- Rep. Ami Bera, D-California, issued the following news release:

Today, U.S. Representative Ami Bera, M.D. (D-CA-06) issued a joint statement with his fellow Co-Chairs of the Congressional Caucus on Korea, Representatives Gerald E. Connolly (D-VA-11), Joe Wilson (R-SC-02), and Mike Kelly (R-PA-16), regarding the political unrest in the Republic of Korea:
