WASHINGTON, Dec. 5 -- Sen. Joe Manchin, D-West Virginia, issued the following news release:
Today, U.S. Senator Joe Manchin (I-WV), member of the Senate Appropriations Committee, announced $14.5 million from the Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC) for five projects across West Virginia and Appalachia. The funding will support collaborative, multi-state projects that will promote large-scale economic transformation.
