MIAMI, Florida, Dec. 4 -- Holland and Knight, a law firm, issued the following news release:

PHILADELPHIA (December 3, 2024) - Holland & Knight advised Harris Freeman & Co. Inc., a leading private brand tea manufacturer, in its definitive agreement to sell certain subsidiaries that operate its private brand tea business in the U.S., Harris Tea, to TreeHouse Foods Inc.
