RALEIGH, North Carolina, Dec. 3 -- The North Carolina Republican Party issued the following news release:
Jefferson Griffin, Republican candidate for North Carolina Supreme Court, requested a second hand-eye recount last week following the statewide recount. In addition, the legal briefs from Griffin, Ashlee Adams, and Stacie McGinn have been filed with N.C. State Board of Elections (NCSBE).
