JACKSONVILLE, Florida, Nov. 27 -- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers-Jacksonville District issued the following news release:

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Jacksonville District (USACE) is preparing a National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) assessment for the Indian River Lagoon South Project (IRL-S) Recreation Features. IRL-S is a part of the Comprehensive Everglades Restoration Plan (CERP).
