WASHINGTON, Nov. 26 -- Rep. Timothy M. Kennedy, D-New York, issued the following news release:
Congressman Tim Kennedy (NY-26) was unanimously elected by his Democratic Caucus colleagues to serve as Regional Whip for Region 11 in the 119th Congress. New York State is the only state to be represented by its own Region.
