BECKLEY, West Virginia, Nov. 26 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of West Virginia issued the following news release on Nov. 25, 2024:
Michael Reynard Penn, 43, of Beckley, pleaded guilty today to distribution of fentanyl.
