CHARLESTON, West Virginia, Nov. 26 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of West Virginia issued the following news release on Nov. 25, 2024:
Christopher Grant, 41, of Buckhannon, was sentenced today to five years of federal probation, including four months on home detention, and ordered to pay $35,168 in restitution for conspiracy to steal public money, property or records. Grant admitted that he fraudulently obtained approximately $14,336 in unemployment ben . . .
