BECKLEY, West Virginia, Nov. 26 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of West Virginia issued the following news release on Nov. 25, 2024:
Deona'tre Capri Dowell, 30, of Beckley, pleaded guilty today to conspiracy to distribute fentanyl. Dowell admitted to a role in a drug trafficking organization (DTO) that distributed methamphetamine, fentanyl and cocaine base, also known as "crack," in Beckley and elsewhere within the Southern District of West Vir . . .
