AUSTIN, Texas, Nov. 26 -- Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton issued the following news release on Nov. 25, 2024:

DALLAS - Daniel Ramiro Canchola, 54, of Flower Mound, Texas, was sentenced to 10 years and one month in federal prison and ordered to pay more than $34 million in restitution for his role in a $54 million health care fraud scheme.
