TUCSON, Arizona, Nov. 26 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of Arizona issued the following news release:
Nestor Hernandez-Morales, 27, of Mesa, was sentenced last week by U.S. District Court Judge Angela M. Martinez to 96 months in prison, followed by three years of supervised release. Hernandez-Morales pleaded guilty to Possession with Intent to Distribute Methamphetamine, Possession of a Firearm in Furtherance of Drug Trafficking Activity, and Attempted Smuggling . . .
