SYRACUSE, New York, Nov. 20 -- Syracuse University issued the following news:
First of all, on the athletic report, I think Senators Tucker and Upton did a really great job of giving you a sense of the terrain that we're dealing with and how much of it is undecided and uncertain. There is a lot of change coming, and there's more change every day, including related to this [House vs. NCAA] settlement. There are states passing statutes that change the terms of the NIL rules.
