WASHINGTON, Nov. 20 -- Rep. Paul D. Tonko, D-New York, issued the following news release:
Congressman Paul D. Tonko (D-NY) today celebrated a massive $1.5 billion in federal funding awarded to GlobalFoundries to support semiconductor manufacturing.
