PHOENIX, Arizona, Nov. 20 -- Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes issued the following news release on Nov. 19, 2024:
Attorney General Kris Mayes today announced a $6 million grant program to support Tribal Nations impacted by fraudulent sober living home practices. This initiative, funded through the Anti-Racketeering Revolving Fund, will provide assistance to communities affected by behavioral healthcare fraud involving Arizona's Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS).
