CAMARILLO, California, Nov. 20 -- The California State University Channel Islands campus issued the following news release:
CSU Channel Islands (CSUCI) joined the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE)'s Better Climate Challenge by pledging to reduce its carbon emissions by 50%. The University did not only meet the challenge but surpassed it by reducing emissions by 60% from 2019 to 2023.
