BUFFALO, New York, Nov. 20 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Western District of New York issued the following news release on Nov. 19, 2024:
U.S. Attorney Trini E. Ross announced today that a federal grand jury has returned a superseding indictment charging Rashaun Crule, 30, of Buffalo, NY, with narcotics conspiracy and distribution of fentanyl resulting in the death, which carry a mandatory minimum penalty of 20 years in prison and a maximum of life.
