CHARLESTON, West Virginia, Nov. 20 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of West Virginia issued the following news release on Nov. 19, 2024:
Gary Lomax, 62, of Hurricane, was sentenced today to five years of federal probation, including four months on home detention, and ordered to pay $29,592 in restitution for theft of public money, property or records.
