Senators Bill Cassidy, M.D. (R-LA), member of the Senate Veterans Affairs Committee (SVAC), Dan Sullivan (R-AK), and 14 Senate colleagues demanded greater accountability and oversight of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) after a stunning multi-billion-dollar budget debacle in recent weeks in a letter to SVAC Chairman Jon Tester (D-MT).
