WASHINGTON, Nov. 18 -- The U.S. Navy issued the following news story:

NORFOLK, Virginia - USS George H.W. Bush (CVN 77) successfully completed sea trials off the coast of Virginia this weekend, marking the successful on-time conclusion of its ten-month Planned Incremental Availability (PIA) at Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY).

The nation's tenth Nimitz-class nuclear-powered aircraft carrier entered its PIA in January 2024.
