The United States Attorney's Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania announced that Caron Pitter, age 48, Rohan Lyttle, age 49, and Charlene Marshall, age 44, were sentenced to prison and ordered to pay restitution for their roles in a Jamaican lottery scam targeting elderly U.S. victims.
