LAREDO, Texas, Nov. 19 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Texas issued the following news release:
Three more individuals are in custody for a human smuggling conspiracy that resulted in the July death of an undocumented individual, announced U.S. Attorney Alamdar S. Hamdani.
Mexican national David Alejandro Gomez Flores 28, and Laredo residents Dagoberto Mizzael Flores, 24, and Angel Misael Elias, 22, are expected to make their initial app . . .
