CHARLOTTE, North Carolina, Nov. 14 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Western District of North Carolina issued the following news release:

Roger Trent Melchor, 56, of Indian Trail, N.C., pleaded guilty yesterday to wire fraud for fraudulently obtaining $32,000 in COVID-19 pandemic relief loans, announced Dena J. King, U.S. Attorney for the Western District of North Carolina.
