Today, U.S. Representative Angie Craig is renewing her push to get the bipartisan Cooper Davis and Devin Norring Act passed through the House before the end of the 118th Congress.
The Cooper Davis and Devin Norring Act is named after Devin Norring of Hastings, MN, and Cooper Davis of Shawnee, KS. Both teenagers died of fentanyl poisoning after purchasing what they thought were Perco . . .
