WASHINGTON, Nov. 14 -- Sen. Joe Manchin, D-West Virginia, issued the following news release:
Today, U.S. Senator Joe Manchin (I-WV), member of the Senate Appropriations Committee, announced $30,585,808 from the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) to upgrade and improve West Virginia transportation infrastructure using low carbon materials. The funding is made possible through DOT's Low Carbon Transportation Materials Program.
