WASHINGTON, Nov. 14 -- The U.S. Department of the Interior Bureau of Land Management issued the following news release:
LAS VEGAS The Bureau of Land Management is seeking public comment on a Draft Environmental Impact Statement for the Purple Sage Energy Center proposed on approximately 4,424 acres of public lands in Clark County. If approved, the project could generate and store up to 400 megawatts of clean energy for the transmission grid.
