CHARLESTON, West Virginia, Nov. 14 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of West Virginia issued the following news release on Nov. 13, 2024:
Jason Todd Painter, 40, of Clendenin, was sentenced today to five years in prison, to be followed by three years of supervised release, for conspiracy to distribute a quantity of methamphetamine.
