JOINT BASE MCGUIRE-DIX-LAKEHURST, N.J. Maj. Gen. Kris A. Belanger, commanding general of the U.S. Army Reserve's 99th Readiness Division, has confirmed the appointment by Lieutenant General Robert D. Harter, Chief of Army Reserve and Commanding General, U.S. Army Reserve Command, of Douglas M. Reed as a United States Army Reserve Ambassador At Large for the 99th RD's 13-state region stret . . .
