WASHINGTON, Nov. 12 -- Sen. Joe Manchin, D-West Virginia, issued the following news release:
Today, U.S. Senator Joe Manchin (I-WV), member of the Senate Appropriations Committee, announced $992,000 from the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) to enhance road safety in Martinsburg, Wheeling and Star City.
