HUNTSVILLE, Alabama, Nov. 12 -- The University of Alabama issued the following news:

The grenades were fake when Army Reserve Officers' Training Corps (ROTC) cadets from The University of Alabama in Huntsville (UAH), Alabama A&M University (AAMU) and the University of North Alabama (UNA) put lessons into practice during field training exercises (FTX) Nov. 7-9 on Redstone Arsenal. UAH is a part of The University of Alabama System.
