JEFFERSON CITY, Missouri, Nov. 8 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Missouri issued the following news release:
Two members of the 2nd American Militia have been convicted by a federal trial jury for their roles in a conspiracy to murder U.S. Border Patrol agents and, related to their shooting at FBI agents at the time of their arrest, of attempting to murder federal agents.
