CHARLESTON, West Virginia, Nov. 8 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of West Virginia issued the following news release on Nov. 7, 2024:
Timothy Jarrett Brown, 43, of Charleston, was sentenced today to two years and three months in prison, to be followed by three years of supervised release, for being a felon in possession of a firearm.
