MUSKOGEE, Oklahoma, Nov. 8 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Oklahoma issued the following news release:
The United States Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Joseph Celdon Mullins, age 22, of Wewoka, Oklahoma, entered a guilty plea to an Information charging him with Second Degree Murder in Indian Country and Use, Carry, Brandish and Discharge of a Firearm During and in Relation to a Crime of Violence.
