HARRISBURG, Pennsylvania, Oct. 31 -- The Pennsylvania House Democrats issued the following news release on Oct. 30, 2024:

Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro on Tuesday signed into law legislation authored by state Rep. Morgan Cephas, D-Phila., that would extend Medicaid coverage to doula services in the state.
