ROCHESTER, New York, Oct. 30 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Western District of New York issued the following news release:
U.S. Attorney Trini E. Ross announced today that JohnMichael Santiago, 25, of Rochester, NY, who was convicted of civil disorder and assaulting a federal officer, was sentenced to serve 33 months by U.S. District Judge Frank P. Geraci.
