WASHINGTON, Oct. 29 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Alabama issued the following news release on Oct. 28, 2024:
AMVAC Chemical Corporation was sentenced today to three years of probation time and a $400,000 fine for violating the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), the federal hazardous waste law.
