WASHINGTON, Oct. 25 -- The U.S. Department of Homeland Security Federal Emergency Management Agency issued the following news release:
A Disaster Recovery Center will open in Edgefield County to provide in-person assistance to South Carolinians affected by Hurricane Helene.
