SPOKANE, Washington, Oct. 25 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Washington issued the following news release on Oct. 24, 2024:

Vanessa R. Waldref, the United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Washington, announced today Ryan Hugh Milliken and his company, Hardaway Solutions, LLC (Hardaway), pleaded guilty to Conspiracy to Violate the Clean Air Act. Milliken is scheduled to be sentenced on January 22, 2024 at 10:30 a.m., in Spokane, Washington.
