CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa, Oct. 24 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Iowa issued the following news release:
A man with four prior felony convictions was convicted by a jury today, after a 3-day trial in federal court in Sioux City.
Caleb Root, age 44, from Concord, Michigan, was convicted of one count of possession of a firearm by a felon, one count of possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance - marijuana, one count of possessio . . .
