U.S. Senator Ron Wyden said today he is among the co-leaders of an amicus brief from 259 Members of Congress submitted to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit in Moyle v. United States and Idaho v. United States, two consolidated cases concerning the Emergency Medical Treatment and Labor Act under consideration by the en banc Ninth Circuit.
