Today, U.S. Congressmen Matt Gaetz (R-FL) and Seth Moulton (D-MA) will introduce a bipartisan resolution expressing the sense of Congress that Lockheed Martin and its subcontractors are in breach of contract with respect to the F-35 deliverables and that the Department of Defense (DoD) has failed to adequately hold the program accountable.
