WASHINGTON, Oct. 17 -- The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee issued the following news release:
Dark-money donors backing Derek Merrin were forced to stop airing an ad in Ohio's 9th Congressional district that blatantly lied about Marcy Kaptur's record.
According to The Morning Digest, the ad falsely claimed that Kaptur "passed 'just one bill in 15 years.'"
