Today, U.S. Senator Sherrod Brown (D-OH) announced a new investment in high-speed internet in Jefferson County. The Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC) has awarded $2.5 million to the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners for the Jefferson County Broadband Connectivity project that will establish public-private partnerships with Internet Service Providers in order to provide broadband internet . . .
