LANSING, Michigan, Oct. 15 -- The Michigan Democratic Party issued the following news release on Oct. 14, 2024:
NBC News reported today that Mike Rogers refuses to condemn Donald Trump's "insulting comments about Detroit the day before" where "Trump called Detroit, Michigan's most populous city, a 'developing area' and said the whole country would end up 'like Detroit' if Harris is elected."
