WASHINGTON, Oct. 12 -- Rep. Michael Rulli, R-Ohio, issued the following news release on Oct. 11, 2024:
Today, Congressman Mike Rulli (OH-06) sent a letter to Administrator Casillas Guzman of the Small Business Administration (SBA) questioning why seniors' social security retirement benefits were being garnished for fraudulent Covid-19 Economic Injury Disaster loans taken out in their name.
"It is absolutely unacceptable for the SBA to penalize our most vulnera . . .
